Interactive Brokers — step by step
- 1Go to the official website
Open interactivebrokers.com (or the official app). Check the address bar — never log in from a link in an unexpected email.
- 2Open the sign-in form
Click Login / Sign in, usually in the top-right corner.
- 3Enter your email & password
Use the credentials you registered with, then submit.
- 4Complete 2FA (if enabled)
Enter the code from your authenticator app or SMS to finish signing in.
Stay safe — avoid phishing
Scammers copy broker login pages to steal credentials. Only log in via the official domain (interactivebrokers.com) or the official app, never through links in unsolicited emails/DMs; enable two-factor authentication; and remember a legitimate broker never asks for your password by email or chat.
